Movax Sheet Piling

The Movax is capable of handling, pitching and driving all forms of piles without the need for manual handling. The pile is set to level and installed to a laser line. Sheet Piles up to 14Mtrs in length are easily handled due to the hammers side grip ability. This also makes the movax the perfect installation method for limited access or limited head room piling schemes. Pre-augering can also be done with this machine to loosen the soil and reduce ground vibration.

Telescopic Leader Rig

The Telescopic Leader Rig is a versatile system for the installation and removal of steel sheet piles, tubular piles up to 20 meters in length and bearing piles. There are many additional purposes for these rig systems such as auger drilling and sheet pile pressing.

The rigs consist of a 360º tracked base unit to which a telescopic mast is fitted. A vibrating hammer which drives the pile is attached to a slide on the pole. This slide enables the vibrator to move up and down the mast as the pile is driven.

Convetional Piling

Stuart Piling can offer a wide range of piling equipment for all types of land and marine conventional piling schemes. Vibratory Hammers and Hydraulic Impact Hammers are used with gates and trestles in order to install the piles on land or water where limited access or working room dictates the use of conventional piling techniques.
